MELD 4th Annual Golf Play Day - “GREEN AND BEAR IT”!
 
Rockford MELD is hosting their 4th Annual  Golf Play Day – “GREEN AND BEAR IT” on Thursday, August 19, 2010 at Prairie View Golf Club in Byron, Illinois. Shotgun start at 12:30PM.
 
**Special guest and sports celebrity Dan “Danimal” Hampton, NFL Hall of Famer and former Bears Defensive Tackle, will be golfing in our Play Day. Want to golf 18 holes with Dan? Be one of the 3 highest bidders and you can enjoy an afternoon on the course with THE “DANIMAL”! To place a bid email: ktilly@rockfordmeld.org.
 
Golf Registration includes green fees and cart fees, scramble format, course contest prizes and door prizes, 50/50 Raffle, refreshments on course, auction of some sports packages and post golf dinner.
 
Register by August 10 - One golfer package fee is $85.00, Two Golfer package $160.00 and Foursome package $300.00. After August 10, NO foursome or twosome packages prices – fee is $85.00 per person.
